Youth ages 8-17 are welcomed to join us and participate in this years Spring Break. Our Spring Break will be the week of April 1-6 and will consists of in center activities and out of center trips/outings.

Little Heroes
Designed for first time students. An integration of several disciplines, including Boxing, Karate, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also to include Cardio Exercise, and Strength Training. This program will help your child with concentration, coordination, fitness, respect, self esteem, socialization and self defense.

Youth Self Defense
Designed for first time students. This program includes training in boxing, karate, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and self defense concepts, also to include cardio exercise and strength training.

After School Programming
Our after school program at our Davis site is open to youth ages 8-17. We offer homework help, indoor and outdoor recreational activities. Stop by Monday through Saturday and check out what we have going on every day!

Womens Fight Fit Kickboxing
This program is specifically for women only. Designed for beginners, no experience necessary. This program is cardio focused, but includes core training, strength training, and self defense aspects.

Gardening
Roll your sleeves up, it's time to get your hands dirty!! Students in grades 8-12 join us every Monday as we keep our garden clean, maintain our garden beds and care for the plants we grow. On Thursdays, youth up to Grade 7, can participate in maintaining weeds around the veggies and flowers being grown, in addition to learning about eating healthier.

If you have a gently used prom dress/suit, shoes, and other accessories that you would like to donate, feel free to drop them off to any of the locations listed on the flyer. This fun event is one that is enjoyed by everyone!!
